Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Repair requests: Your name, email address, phone number, service address and city, device and model, repair requested, preferred appointment time, payment preference, and any notes you submit. We also keep appointment status, approved pricing, travel details, and related payment records.
• Orders and payments: Items ordered, quantities, amounts, order and payment references, payment status, and dates. Stripe collects information during checkout and returns transaction information to us. For accessory orders, this includes customer contact, billing, and shipping details.
• Communications: The contact information and content you provide when you email, call, or text us about a website inquiry, booking, or order.
• Technical information: Our hosting and content providers receive information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser information, the resources requested, and request times. Operational logs may also record errors and transaction references.

Please do not put passwords, device passcodes, full payment-card details, or other sensitive information in booking notes or ordinary messages.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, review and arrange repairs, confirm appointments and quotes, communicate about service, process and reconcile payments, fulfill accessory orders, and provide customer support. We also use records to prevent duplicate or abusive requests, troubleshoot the website, and address accounting, disputes, and legal obligations.

The booking form's contact acknowledgment relates to your repair request. It is not an agreement to analytics tracking.

Services that receive information

We use service providers for these functions:

• Hosting and storage: Website infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare, process site traffic and store booking, payment, and order records.
• Payments: Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Payment details are entered on Stripe's checkout, not into TPW's booking form. Our website database does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Email: Email providers, including Brevo for automated booking messages, process recipients' contact information and message content. Booking emails can include appointment, device, service-address, and quote details. Notifications sent to TPW also include customer contact details and submitted notes. See Brevo's Privacy Policy.
• Order fulfillment: Suppliers and delivery providers may receive order and contact/shipping information needed to arrange and deliver accessories.
• Fonts and images: Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and images from LeadConnector-hosted servers. Your browser contacts those services to retrieve that content, which exposes technical request information such as your IP address and browser information.

We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or when needed to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Third-party services have their own privacy practices. Payment and other third-party providers may collect information about activity over time and across websites where their services are used. Their policies govern their separate processing. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for additional information about those providers.

Browser storage, analytics, and Do Not Track

The accessory shop uses your browser's local storage to remember product selections and quantities in your cart. You can remove those selections in the cart or clear this website's stored data in your browser. Clearing stored data may reset your cart. Third-party checkout and infrastructure services may use cookies or similar technologies for their own functions.

Optional booking-page analytics

If you choose Allow analytics on the booking page, we load Google Analytics to help us understand use of that page and measure received repair inquiries. We do not load this optional analytics feature before you allow it. Declining does not prevent you from requesting a repair.

Google Analytics may set and read cookies that distinguish browsers and sessions. It receives technical information, such as browser and device characteristics, language, screen information, IP address, and approximate location, including city-level information. It may also collect automatic first-visit, session, and engagement events. Collection can begin after you allow analytics, even if you do not submit a request.

Our inquiry-received event is sent only after the website saves your repair request. It does not mean the appointment is approved or the repair is complete. The event uses a fixed booking-page address and title. We do not include your name, email, phone number, address, repair-device model entered in the form, notes, payment details, private booking links, or URL query contents in the event. Automatic collection of entered contact information is disabled.

This feature runs only on the booking page, not on private appointment, payment, order-status, or owner-management pages. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled for this measurement. We keep advertising-storage and advertising-user-data permissions denied.

Our Analytics property is linked to our Google Ads account for conversion measurement; turning off advertising personalization does not disable that measurement link.

Your choice is not saved as a lasting preference. Reloading or reopening the booking page starts with analytics off until you allow it again. While the page is open, you can choose Decline analytics to stop subsequent measurement. This does not delete information already sent to Google. Analytics cookies can remain after you leave the page; you can remove them using your browser's cookie settings. Clearing this website's stored data may also reset your accessory cart.

Do Not Track: The website does not separately respond to a browser's Do Not Track signal. Optional booking-page analytics stays off unless you choose Allow analytics. Use the booking-page controls to change that choice while the page is open.

Your choices and requests

You can browse without submitting a booking or order. Information requested by a booking or checkout form is needed to process that transaction; you can contact us to discuss other arrangements.

To ask about information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email phonewhisperer07@gmail.com or call 925-567-3511. Describe your request without including payment-card details or passwords. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons. This contact process does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Retention and security

Booking, payment, and order records are stored in the website database, and related communications may remain with our email providers. The website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to those records. Retention needs depend on the service or transaction, customer support, accounting, disputes, and legal requirements. Contact us with questions or deletion requests.

Owner-management pages require sign-in and access authorization. Appointment, payment, and order-status links provide access to information about the relevant transaction, so keep those links private. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. For material changes to how we use or disclose personal information, we will also provide a notice on the website or contact affected customers, as appropriate.
